Category List About our DownloadsOur Shop now offers MP3 Albums. For transfers from 78 rpm records we use a very-good quality 80 kbps mono encoding. Each album is downloaded in a ZIP archive. Extraction to a normal folder is supported by most operating systems. Tracks can be used as-is on MP3 players. To burn a CD your software must support mono MP3 source files. We have successfully burned CDs with both Roxio 9 and Nero 7. Each archive also incldudes files for printing jewel case inserts and CD labels. |

The Complete Alma Gluck Collection The 5 MP3 Albums in the Complete Alma Gluck Collection contain every recording she made that is known to have survived. The original CD versions were highly successful and well loved by many of Alma Gluck's descendants. The CD issues have been withdrawn due to concerns about their status under US copyright law. We currently offer these recordings only in MP3 form, and only from our website in Europe, where the original Victor records are in the public domain by virtue of having been jointly published by HMV in the UK.
